Costs of delivery
A VAT of 20 % is also calculated for each order to UK and any country outside UK. Please be mindful of any customs charges that may apply in your destination country. We don’t control customs policies and can’t predict these extra charges if they occur, so it’s up to you to cover these. If you’re not sure, contacting your local customs office for further info will be helpful.

Means of delivery
All our parcels are delivered with the help of Royal Mail and Lithuanian Post to your indicated address. Sometimes there can be external factors that may delay the receipt of your package.
Posts couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on workdays, please be mindful of this and, if possible, have the delivery sent to your work address in case the courier needs a signature upon receipt.
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Our sales are carried out in accordance with the current law of the United Kingdom.
If you would like to track the status of your shipment, use the tracking number we provided you with in the email and go to the corressponding website: Royal Mail or Lithuanian Post
RETURNING GOODS
If you want to return your purchase for some reason or another,
here you can find out how to do this:
· remember, the product should not be used, and the original packaging needs to be retained;
· you will need all documents about making and receiving the purchase – receipts etc.;
· if you really wish to return your purchase to us, info@handcrafted-gifts.com and we’ll provide you with a refund template that you can fill in, and we can arrange how and when you’ll return the product;
· after receiving the return, we’ll send a refund to your bank account over the next 14 days.
